Within 7 calendar days of identifying an eligible case.
Hours — Case Update on Website
Within 72 hours after each documented assessment.
Working days — Clarification Response
Within 5 working days of Avalon’s medical team request.
Baseline Documentation
At initial eligible clinical assessment.
Follow-up Documentation
According to the clinical schedule and case requirements.
03 · Case quality & acceptance criteria
Cases will be evaluated according to:
- 01Completeness of clinical documentation.
- 02Accuracy and consistency of recorded information.
- 03Quality and relevance of clinical photographs.
- 04Adequacy of follow-up.
- 05Scientific and educational value.
Avalon’s Medical Team may request clarification, return incomplete submissions for correction, or exclude cases that do not meet the agreed requirements.
